Quiet River Land Services Inc. was born out of a desire to return to a smaller, more nimble company that could provide specialized, accurate and responsive surveying, mapping, GPS and GIS services to a wide variety of commercial companies, environmental consultants, design firms, municipalities, development teams and individuals needing help with their land development/land use projects.

Because no two projects and clients are the same, with Quiet River Land Services, Inc. we know how to listen to you and help define your project needs and requirements at the beginning – where it should be done - and then define the scope of work, and if need be, partner with specially chosen associates that can best serve the specific needs, time schedules and pricing-structures of your project.

We have relationships with many other land development/land use consultants, and therefore have access to all the various services you may require in order to complete your project. Our Associates include civil engineers, soils engineers, and structural engineering, to land planning, biology and environmental consultants, traffic studies, to real estate law firms, title companies, financing options, and contractors too.

Using cutting-edge technology, equipment, computer programs experience and skill we can interface quickly and accurately between our own office and our survey crews, other consultants, city offices and you. We love surveying and mapping projects. We have the drive, the desire, the equipment, licenses, insurance and the talented people to accomplish your project on time, on target, and on budget.
